When Is Your RO Service Due?

Most people wait until the water tastes wrong — by which point the membrane has usually taken damage. Enter when your purifier was installed and we work out the schedule for your area's water.

Typical replacement intervals

• Sediment filter — every 3 to 4 months, sooner on coastal or high-sediment water
• Carbon filter — every 5 to 6 months
• General service and sanitisation — every 4 months
• RO membrane — every 2 to 3 years inland and in the city, but 12 to 18 months in coastal high-TDS areas

These are guidelines, not rules

Real filter life depends on how much water you use and how dirty the input is. We change parts on condition after testing, not simply because a date has passed.
