An annual maintenance plan fixes your yearly cost and puts your purifier on a schedule, so problems get caught while they are still cheap. All three prices are published below. We cover every RO brand regardless of where the unit was bought.
With the membrane included, yes, and clearly so. Three visits, a complete filter change and an RO membrane bought separately come to roughly Rs 3,800 to Rs 7,100 depending on your model and your water, against Rs 3,499 fixed for Standard. The harder your water, the more the plan saves, because hard water is exactly what sends a membrane early.
The RO membrane is the single most expensive part in the machine and the one high-TDS Nellore water destroys fastest: 2 to 3 years inland, but only 12 to 18 months on the coastal belt. Standard and Membership both cover its replacement, which is where most of the value in those plans sits. Basic does not, and on Basic the membrane is charged from our published rate card. Electrical parts are extra on all three plans, though Membership takes 30% off them.
